Requirements
Purpose:
To provide safe, memorable, and profitable events for customers, through
appropriately publicised and professionally run activities.
Team Member Opportunities:
• Website Administrators: Ensuring all aspects of the website are up to date.
• Social Media Administrators: Monitoring and collating social media posts and
comments
• Events Team Members: Running site events
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media channels, including writing and collating content and
answering comments and messages when relevant.
• Suggest new initiatives to create more marketing opportunities.
• Propose concepts for new events.
• Run and assist with the delivery of key events, including all administration
• Effectively managing an event budget
• Collaborate with the other teams within the Cudham Shaws structure to
contribute to the success of the campsite.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with marketing and/or events.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
